SANTA ROSA, California – Tianyi Investment Group has relocated its headquarters to Santa Rosa, California as part of a strategic repositioning to focus on investments in auto rental franchises, according to CEO Steve Schneider. Tianyi Investment Group is a subsidiary of Tianyi Group (http://www.cteg.com.cn/en/), a global manufacturing conglomerate based in China.
The address for Tianyi Investment Group’s new headquarters are now in Fulton, a suburb of Santa Rosa in Northern California and share the location with a franchise for Sixt auto rentals for the Sonoma County Airport and the surrounding area. Tianyi Investment’s CEO Steve Schneider opened the franchise for Sixt auto rentals in 2014 and says the change of headquarters is part of his push to focus efforts on expanding the market for auto rental franchises.
“Sixt has a 100 year history of offering premium automobiles and customer service at affordable prices, and we think the market will grow as tourism expands in the United States,” said Schneider. He noted recent growth in international travel to the United States, especially from China, as a major factor for this shift in strategy.
“We are extremely pleased with the progress at Sixt rental cars and are using this space to explore additional investment and start-up business opportunities.” Schneider says he has commercial space available at the same address in Fulton and hopes to attract other startup businesses.
